Description
Richardson-Eastman Retractor is a double-ended variation of the Richardson Retractor. It is a handheld right angle retractor that is used to hold back layers of tissue near the surface. The concave blades are various diameters, but both have a crescent-shaped lip. Frequently, the smaller blade is utilized for an initial retraction, and then the bigger blade is inserted for complete retraction.
